To find if it's a right triangle, we use the Pythagorean Theorem of a² + b² = c² where a and b are the legs of the triangle (the shorter measurements) and c is the hypotenuse (the biggest measurement).

28² + 34² = 43²
784 + 1156 = 1849
1940 ≠ 1849

No. This is not a right triangle. The sum of the squares of the shorter measurements (AKA the legs) do not equal the square of the biggest measurement.
