If the coordinates of vertex G' are (2, 1), what are the coordinates of vertex H'?

G'(2, 1) = (1/2)·G(4, 2)

The dilation factor is 1/2. Applying that to H, we get
  (1/2)·H(8, 4) = H'(4, 2)
