Why do federal district courts not try cases dealing with military matters?

In the big picture, federal courts can decide a very limited number of cases such that concern federal laws, cases between residents of two different states, cases that affect or could affect the US regarding other countries, government cases and cases that involve navigable water bodies.

Federal courts do not try military cases because the Congress has created the Military Courts, following the article I,  section 8 of the US Constitution.
