Answer:

x/-10-41=-28

x*41=-28*-10

x=-28*-10+41

x=-280+41

Therefore,

x=-239

(X/-10) + -41 = -28... add 41 to both sides. (X/-10) = 13, multiply both sides by -10... so X = -130
