Answer: I am pretty sure the answer is all the possible numbers that are smaller than 64.

Explanation: 4^3 is 64 so you know it must be the top or bottom one. This leaves us with k<64, meaning k is the numbers less than 64. This is what I think the answer is. I am sorry if it is wrong.
