Answer: x + y = 150

Explanation

y - 65 = 110

y = 110 + 65 (Alternate Interior)

y = 175

y - 65 = 110

∠FGH = 70

70+55+x+45+110 = 360 (sum of angles of a quadilateral is 360)

x + 280 = 360

x = 360 - 280

x = 80

So

x + y = 70 + 80

= 150
