The answer should be 3 x 3/4. You change the mixed number (3 3/4) into an improper fraction and the get the answer, 12/4. Then 4 can go into 12, 3 times. So your left with 3 x 3/4. BUT if you need to multiply the equation the answer would be, 9/4 !! :-) Hope this helps you!!
