Given f(x)=2x+3 and g(x)=3x, find the following combinations: g(x)+f(x)

g(x) + f(x) =  2x + 3 + 3x = (2x + 3x) +3  = 5x + 3

g(x) - f(x)= 2x + 3 - 3x = (2x - 3x) + 3 = 3 - x
