Given the inequality:

[tex]\frac{a}{10}-6>-12[/tex]

Solving the inequality as follows:

Multiply both sides by 10

[tex]\begin{gathered} 10\cdot\frac{a}{10}-10\cdot6>10\cdot(-12) \\ a-60>-120 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Add (60) to both sides:

[tex]\begin{gathered} a-60+60>-120+60 \\ a>-60 \end{gathered}[/tex]
