first remove the parenthes  as there is a negtive outside the second parentheses the signs of the terms inside change.

= 2n^4 - 8 - 3n - 4n^2 - 7n - 4

Now simplify like terms

= 2n^4 - 4n^2 - 10n - 12

= 2(n^4 - 2n^2 - 5n - 6)
