I don't think the animals that eat frogs would suffer too much, because most animals that eat frogs eat other things too, but they would have kore trouble finding food and she might starve. The insects would be the real problem. Frogs eat a lot of insects per day, and in between all the frogs they take care of a lot of the insect population.
