Go on strike. This is the typical route union workers take to bargain. Destroying property and writing letters to the government either backfire or do not turn the screws well enough, respectively. Becoming entrepreneurs 1) doesn't guarantee anything and 2) is unrelated to the "labor" of the currently occupation. Going on strike has always been the most successful historical option throughout the history or organized labor. Hope This Helps :)
