Explanation:

RNA does not have the Thymine base. Instead, its place is was taken by Uracil. Therefore during transcription, an Adenine on the DNA is paired with a Uracil on the RNA. Uracil can, nonetheless, also be formed by deamination of Cytosine resulting in mutation due to mismatched base pairing during replication.
