The verb phrase is "may find". In order to identify a verb phrase you first need to identify the action, and then look for surrounding modal or auxiliary verbs, that is other verbs that modify the action. In this case, the modal verb 'may' was modifying the main verb 'find'. Usually the verb phrase, as other phrases are uninterrupted, that is they do not usually have words in the middle.
