slope=-a/b
2x+5y=-3
a=2
b=5
slope=-2/5

2 x + 5 y = - 3
5 y = - 2 x - 3  / : 5 ( we will divide both sides of the equation by 5 )
y = -2/5 x - 3/5
The slope is : m = -2/5
