Answer: v= 3/2 or v= 9

Step-by-step explanation: step 1) Simplify both sides of the equation > 2v^2 +21v-27=0

Step 2) Factor left side of equation > (-2v + 3) (v-9) =0

Step 3) Set factors equal to 0 > -2+3=0 or -9=0

                    v=3/2 or V=9
