It is true that helping someone on your own team when they are injured is part of having compassion in sports. Compassion is when you feel for somebody else, you understand their emotions and try your best to help them and be there for them. It happens in sports, as well as in everyday real life. People should generally strive to be compassionate and make this world a better place.
