If we are solving for x, then your answer would be

  • 8x²~

x = 0.110

  • 10x~

x = 1.140

How i did it~

  • first x:

[tex]\frac{10-\sqrt{68} }{16} = \frac{5-\sqrt{17} }{8}[/tex] =

0.110

  • second x:

[tex]\frac{10+\sqrt{68} }{16} = \frac{5+\sqrt{17} }{8}[/tex] =

1.140
