-23 - 10x < 47 is x > -7 (BUT WITH A LINE UNDER IT!!)

Explanation:
You have to add 23 to both sides making it 70. Then, when you divide or multiply with these inequalities you flip the sign. So when you divide a negative and a positive number, the answer is always negative. So 70 divided by -10 is -7
