It's very important to remember, that in german "you" can be:

• du

• ihr

• Sie

When we want to say, that "I'm fine", we have to use "ich" in Dativ. When we ask, if somebody speaks (english), we have to use Nominativ.

• du:

Mir geht es gut. Sprichst du Englisch?

• ihr:

Mir geht es gut. Sprecht ihr Englisch?

• Sie:

Mir geht es gut. Sprechen Sie Englisch?

// you can also make "geht es" shorter and say "geht's" (something like "I do not" to "I don't"), but it's quite informal version
