The first attribute of a specific portrait is usually individualized features, rather than the broadly stylized features evident in generic figures. So, artists painting these types of portraits pay special attention to each of these features, given that it is a specific portrait where such important details have to be taken care of. On the other hand are the generic figures, where no such attention has to be so specifically paid to any particular feature.
