The state about luminosity that is not true is that it is measured in watts. Luminosity measures the brightness of a source of light at a specific wavelength measured by the eye. Its unit of measure is lumen not watts and it is an SI unit. Lumen are related to lux and are described as one lux equals one lumen per square meter.
