Voltage  =  (current) x (resistance)

65 mA  =  65 milliamperes  =  0.065 Ampere

Voltage = (0.065 A) x (89 ohms)  =  5.785 volts

Voltage is the potential difference between two points.
5.785 is the voltage across the resistor, or between its ends, not 'in' it.
