Actions that would be prevented by the First Amendment of the US Constitution would be acts that violate rights that include the freedom of religion, speech, petition, press, and peaceful assembly. Examples of actions that violate this amendment would be preventing a certain group of people from practicing their religion, not allowing free and peaceful protest of a situation, not allowing people to speak out their own ideas, and etc.
