To paint a sunset, Tran makes a shade of orange paint using 5 drops of red paint for every 8 drops of yellow paint. If Tran uses 15 drops of red paint, how many drops of yellow paint would he need?

You first put it into a ratio 5:8
Then underneath you put 15:X
5 times 3= to 15
So 8 times 3 is 24
He would need 24 drops of yellow paint
