Just use the definition of arcsin that is given by:

[tex] \left \{ {{sen \alpha =x} \atop {arcsinx= \alpha }} \right. \\ \\ arcsin(sen \alpha )= \alpha [/tex]

     Therefore:

[tex]f(x,y)=arcsin(sen(x+y)) \\ \boxed {f(x,y)=x+y}[/tex]
