p(x)=a(x-h)^2+k
p(x)=x^2-14x+29
c=(b/2)^2=(-14/2)^2=49
hence:
x^2-14x+49=-29+49
(x-7)^2=20
hence:
p(x)=(x-7)^2-20
thus, h=7
